In this section you will find all the information you need to equip yourself and your team for their training requirements. However, we always welcome your feedback and welcome you to contact us should you have any questions.

What to Expect on the Day

All of our training courses commence at 10:00am promptly. However, we would appreciate it if you could arrive at 9.30am for registration and coffee.

Over the course of the day, you will have a morning and afternoon break and lunch or vouchers will be provided.

The end of the day is at approximately 5:00pm, when you can expect to collect your certification on your final day.

To ensure that all your expectations and course objectives are met, please remember to return the pre-course questionnaire, which will be sent to you when your order is placed. This ensures that your trainer fully understands your requirements.

And finally, remember your booking is accepted in accordance with Academy Class standard Terms of Business. In the event that you need to reschedule or cancel, please ensure that you provide us with as much notice as possible to minimise cancellation or rescheduling charges.

FAQ's

What platforms do you train on at Academy Class?

We cater for both Mac and PC users on all our courses allowing you to choose your preferred platform before attending the course.

Do you provide courseware notes for each course we attend?

We will provide all delegates with comprehensive notes and files when attending our courses, and where notes are not available we ensure you receive the relevant training books to supplement the course.

How many people to a classroom?

We have a maximum of 8 people in the classroom at one time.

Do I receive a certificate after attending a course?

Yes all delegates attending our courses will receive the appropriate authorised training certification on completion.

Can I bring in my own laptop?

We have an excellent range of workstations at Academy Class, but we do realise that some people may prefer to use their own laptops. If this is the case you are welcome to do this, provided you have the correct software installed and are licensed to use it.

How much support do you give at the end of each course?

We provide six months support on the course you attended, and provide an FTP area for the download of course materials. We want you to have the best experience at Academy Class but realise learning and understanding does not stop when you leave the classroom. We simply want to make sure that if you have any problems we have skilled trainers and developers on hand to answer all your questions.

How can I get more information about the course?

What if I need to move or cancel my course dates?

Should you wish to cancel or reschedule a course simply call our Training Administrator on 0800 043 8889 or emailtraining@academyclass.com. Whilst we always aim to help our clients wherever we can please be aware that our terms and conditions will apply.
